About

This is a little introduction to After the Tide - a crowdfunded short film written and directed by Saul Lotzof. It's being made in partnership with the Miscarriage Association.

What's it about?

After the Tide is about a crushing experience of grief, and how it affects our protagonist's relationship.

What stage is the project at now?

We were lucky to begin shooting in late October of 2023. Despite shooting for three days, we wound up short on footage from the beach, so we made a return trip to Camber Sands in February of 2024 to finish the job.

With the film well into the cutting phase, we're starting to work on music, sound and visual effects, as we aim for completion in Q4 of 2024.

What's this website for?

We've built this little site to help us find the final few key team members needed to complete the production, as well as posting updates for our backers, collaborators, friends and family.
